Stay at the Surf Casita and walk to everything! Newly remodeled, this ideal locale is on the Balboa Peninsula near the Newport Pier where restaurants & shopping abound. You'll be next to the yachting/sailing harbor & just a 2-min walk to the ocean. You'll have your own private patio with BBQ & outdoor dining. Located in a quiet area by the bay, but close to all the action! The perfect place to escape, relax and enjoy a rejuvenating and memorable vacation.
Exceptionally clean and fresh. The property is the downstairs of a duplex and just 2 houses from the harbor, so you get a bay view from the front of the house, and you can see the beach just down the street. You can even hear the waves breaking at night when the conditions are right!
Everything is close ! Visit the bike/water sports rental and launch your paddle board right near the house. Surf classes are offered at our beach. We have a local farmers market every Sunday with fresh bread, honey, organic fruits, etc. There's so much to take advantage of right here.

- Once you go over the bridge you are only 1.5 miles away.
- Continue until you come into the Newport Pier area.
- Turn left on 20th Street (You will see a 7/11 Convenience Store and a Bike/Kayak Rental shop).
- We are the 3rd house from the harbor on the right-hand side.
